Easter Mnemonics

God made little Girls
Author: Unknown

God made the world with its towering trees,
majestic mountains and restless seas,
then paused and said, "It needs one more thing."
Someone to laugh and dance and sing,
to walk in the woods and gather flowers,
to commune with nature in quiet hours.
So, God made little girls with laughing eyes and bouncing curls,
with joyful hearts, and beautiful smiles,
enchanting ways and feminine wiles.
And when He'd completed the task He'd begun,
he was pleased and proud of the job He'd done.
For the world when seen through a little girl's eyes greatly resembles paradise.

Here are my girls during our mini Spring Easter Photoshoot.

Dee - thank you dee... your nice words makes me smile as always.

gamit nako ani dee ang portrait lens - canon EF 50mm/1.8 [mao pud ni nako gamit kanunay for close-up shots or dugangan nako og close-up filter = macro shots. dili pa man mi ka-afford sa pinaka dream nako na lens nga 'canon 100mm/2.8 macro USM', tiyaga sa mi sa filter... hehehe...]

These photos are adorable Cinds! You are really getting better and better at portraits, especially of kids' portraits! Thanks by the way for your tips on photographing babies--I really appreciate them! I tried checking out that flickr link you sent but I couldn't access it because I wasn't a member of the pool.

thanks liz... i get better i think *shy* because i already have 2 girls that i've been practicing everyday, LOL [1 for five years already and the 2nd one for 17months]. also, it think it's a matter of luck some of it *grin*...
i noticed with kids portrait liz, you talk and play with them [they don't need to smile in front of the camera], you'll get better natural expression --- talk about something they love, definitely you'll get something out of it.
Pa-member ka lang liz sa flickr group that i sent you just so you can gain access, i get a lot of ideas from there.

thanks chel... i remember a friend of mine who teased me that she'll be the talent/agent manager of my girls and threatening me that she discovered them first, LOL. i said in response, we'll see if you can make them in front of a crowd, they'll probably would just say hi and then hide under my skirt [maybe not for the little one - she's more outgoing and bubbly] :)
